Leggoo University is a program designed to allow company members to explore the options within the industry as a student, commercial dancer, teacher, choreographer, and artistic director. Company members have had experiences participating in projects, auditioning for jobs, collaborating with artists, attending various types of training programs, networking within the industry, and teaching and coaching various ages and levels. Paul and Brian Herman focus on mentoring each company member by assisting with resources, providing opportunities, giving insight, and offering feedback. With the help of company members, each dancer has an extensive support team and ample knowledge in order to succeed in his or her personal and professional goals.
